Returns & Defects
Every Kinshin piece is made for you alone. That is both why we can't accept conventional returns, and why we take defects and fulfillment errors with absolute seriousness.
What We Cover
- Manufacturing defect — misaligned print, missing embroidery, stitching failure, fabric defect
- Wrong item sent — full reprint or full refund, no questions asked
- Damaged in transit — send a photo within 48 hours of delivery
How to Report
Email kinshin@polsia.app with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 48 hours on business days.
Sizing Returns
Not accepted. Every piece is printed and assembled to order — there is no warehouse inventory to receive returns into. We strongly recommend using our sizing guide before ordering. For the garment-dyed tee, size up if you're between sizes — it may shrink approximately 3% on the first wash.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available. If you received the wrong item or a defective piece, we'll work with you at kinshin@polsia.app to make it right.
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived after 14 business days, contact us. We'll investigate with our fulfillment partner and resolve it.
This is not a loophole — it's a philosophy. We run this way because we believe in making things intentionally.
